The Harvest Club is private education for owners of £1m to £20m UK businesses preparing to sell. It was founded by Mo Romanowicz, who built a group of companies over nearly a decade and sold it in 2026. About the founder
Mo Romanowicz built a group of companies over nearly a decade and sold it in 2026. Along the way he bought businesses and sold others, so he has seen a sale from both sides of the table, as a seller and as a buyer. He started The Harvest Club because the preparation that decides most of a sale's outcome is rarely taught, since brokers are usually paid on the sale itself, not on an owner's readiness to make one.
