The Harvest Intensive
Two days. A small room. Your exit plan, written.
The full Harvest Method applied to your business, taught by an owner who has bought and sold businesses, with a live panel of acquirers on day two.
The two days
Built around the time you can spend away from your business.
The evening before
Your number
Dinner together, the number you need from a sale and why, and how the two days will run.
Day one
Sow and Grow
Financials a buyer believes, taking yourself out of the business, the levers that move your multiple, systems, and your growth story.
Day two
Exit
The risks a buyer will find, who buys businesses like yours, a live buyer panel, deal structures and their traps, and your signed plan.

What you leave with
A plan, not a pile of notes.
Your Completion Statement, your Multiple Map, your Buyer Map, your Red Lines and a Completion Countdown with dates against every action. Plus the workbook, the Diligence Readiness Checklist and the valuation template to keep.
Eight owners in the founding room, so every business gets real attention.
Who it's for
Built for a particular owner. Honest about who it isn't for.
The Intensive is for you if
- You own a UK business turning over roughly £1m to £20m, and it makes a profit.
- A sale, a management buyout or a handover is somewhere between one and five years away.
- You want to understand how a buyer will see your business before one does.
- You are prepared to do the work between sessions, not just attend them.
It is not for you if
- You want someone to find you a buyer next month. We teach. We don't broker or run sales.
- You need a formal valuation for tax, a dispute or a shareholder exit. That is a job for a qualified valuer.
- The business is not yet trading profitably. Start with the guides and come back when it is.

What's at stake
The seat is small next to one point in the deal.
Three ways a sale price moves, with simple illustrative numbers. Work out your own in the valuation calculator.
Half a turn on the multiple
On £400,000 of profit, half a turn is £200,000 of price. The founding seat is £2,500 plus VAT.
Money paid later
£1.1m with half paid a year after completion is worth about £1.05m today at a 10% discount rate, before any risk that the second half is never paid.
The working capital peg
Leave less working capital in the business at completion than the agreed level and the shortfall usually comes off your price, pound for pound.
Illustrations only. Every business and every buyer is different, and nobody can promise how far preparation moves a price.

Questions
About the Intensive.
Who is the Intensive for?
Owners of UK businesses turning over roughly £1m to £20m who expect to sell within the next one to five years and want to do it on their terms.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where it applies. Most owners book through their company and can usually reclaim it.
How do I pay?
In full when your seat is confirmed, by bank transfer or card.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel within 14 days of booking, or more than 60 days before your Intensive, and we refund you in full. Between 30 and 60 days before, you can move to a later cohort or take a 50% refund. Within 30 days, you can move to a later cohort. If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a place on the next cohort.
What do I need to bring?
Your last two years of accounts and a recent set of management accounts if you have them. Everything else is in the workbook.
Will anyone see my figures?
Only if you choose to share them. The room runs under strict confidentiality. We film two moments, the buyer panel and the Signing, and take photos, only with your consent on the registration form. Nothing else is recorded.
How long am I away from the business?
Two working days, plus dinner the evening before, so most owners stay two nights. The Intensive is held in a hotel. Accommodation and travel are not included: we hold rooms at a group rate, and you book your own using the code we send you. Your seat covers the dinner, both days with lunch, all materials and both online sessions.
What happens after the two days?
Two weeks later there is a live online session of about two and a half hours on the legal tidy-up and building your data room, with time for whatever has come up since. Six weeks after the Intensive there is a half-day online Reconnect to check progress. Both are included. Members can then join The Season for monthly teaching and accountability: a six-month minimum, because preparation takes at least that long, then month to month.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. The Harvest Club is business education. We show you what buyers look for and how to prepare, and you take regulated advice from your own advisers.
