The terms that apply when you use this website, the Harvest Score and the valuation calculator.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, including the Harvest Score. By using the site you accept them. Separate booking terms apply to the Harvest Intensive and membership and are provided when you book.
Education, not advice
The Harvest Club provides business education. Nothing on this website, in the Harvest Score or in our materials is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Always take advice from appropriately qualified professionals before any transaction. We are not brokers and we do not arrange or advise on the sale of businesses.
The Harvest Score and the valuation calculator
The Score is a self-assessment based on your own answers. It is an indication of readiness, not a valuation, and it does not predict any sale price or outcome. The valuation calculator gives an indicative range from the figures you enter or upload. It is a preparation tool, not a formal valuation, and a buyer will reach their own view.
Bookings and cancellations
Intensive prices are shown excluding VAT and are paid in full when your seat is confirmed. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking, or more than 60 days before your Intensive. Between 30 and 60 days before, you can transfer to a later cohort or take a 50% refund. Within 30 days, you can transfer to a later cohort. If we cancel an Intensive, you choose between a full refund and a place on the next cohort. The Season is paid monthly, with a six-month minimum. After six months it runs month to month, and you can stop at any time before your next payment. Full booking terms are provided when you book.
Our content
The content, brand, method and materials on this site belong to The Harvest Club. You may view and print them for your own use. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
