Founder
I trained where the buyers train.
I'm Mo Romanowicz. I spent nearly a decade building a group of companies and sold it in 2026. Along the way I bought businesses and sold others, so I have seen a sale from both chairs.
I have sat across the table from buyers, taken the broker calls, and learned how much of an exit is decided long before anyone signs.
I also trained in the rooms where acquirers learn their trade. I know what makes a buyer pay a premium and what makes them walk, because I learned it alongside them.
The owners who exit well are not smarter. They are prepared. Preparation rarely gets taught, because brokers are usually paid on a sale, not on your readiness.
